Learning Objectives

The learning objectives are to utilize digital/signal intelligence and risk assessment to improve the cyber-physical and information systems security of an entity, analyze and evaluate signal intelligence to enhance operations and resiliency, e.g. MITRE ATT&CK, evaluate signal intelligence techniques through legal, policy, ethical, and governance lenses, and use signal intelligence tactics, techniques, and procedures to analyze the effectiveness of continuous monitoring methods.
