This 1-day course focuses on Project Management for Professional Services Firms - providing a good understanding of key project management skills and techniques. It will allow teams to compare and consolidate “best practice” ideas within and between teams, as well as manage ongoing projects - both those that are internal and those that are delivered to external clients.
