ITIL 4 Strategist | Direct, Plan, and Improve

The ITIL 4 Specialist: Direct, Plan, and Improve (DPI) training course applies to both the ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certifications. Our extreme subject matter experts will instruct you on creating a ‘learning and improving’ IT organization with a strong, strategic direction. Designed to help current and future leaders inspire others with collaborative action. The ITIL 4 DPI training course is one of two courses required to earn your ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (SL) certification, and one of four courses required to become an ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP). It’s a module for the modern IT and service management professional who is looking to break silos down and co-create value.
