Course Description

This course is a study of the established rules of evidence from arrest to release in the administration of criminal justice. (Includes crime scene investigation exercises where digital evidence is planted for retrieval and forensic analysis)

Learning Objectives

Develop evidence processing skills. Apply digital forensic skills acquired in previous courses to process crime scene evidence.
