Strategies for Process Improvement (PRI)

This course examines strategies, management processes and resources for process improvement within and across Federal agencies. The course provides an executive-level examination of business process improvement strategies, including business process re-engineering, activity-based costing/management, process architecting, Lean Six Sigma, and other quality improvement programs.
