Course Description

The CompTIA Project+ course take students through a project's lifecycle, introducing them to the knowledge and skills that are required to collaborate in project environments. Upon Completion, students will be prepared to pass the Project+ certification exam.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Develop, plan and manage small-to-medium sized projects
- Understand how to manage the life-cycle of a project
- Create, write and maintain project-related documentation
- Identify basic aspects of the Agile methodology
