This session focuses on building a skilled cybersecurity team. The benefits of developing your team's skills are clear, but nearly 80% of IT and Security leaders say they don't yet have a way to ensure team knowledge and skills are up-to-date.
Learning Objectives
With in-person training being costly or difficult to attend, skill gaps can persist in teams and increase risk. Compounding the fact that 65% of cybersecurity professionals don't believe their organization provides the right level of training to help them keep up with business and IT risk, we'll dig into "why" this is the case and "how" to solve this problem.
