Course Description

Course Desc: (Designed to help prepare for the Red Hat Certified System Administrator [RHCSA] certification exam.) Prerequisite: CMIT 291 or CMIT 391. Development of the key foundational skills needed by an RHCSA-certified Red Hat Enterprise Linux system administrator. Focus is on the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to become a Linux systems expert or Linux system administrator. Discussion covers advanced command line concepts and enterprise-level tools intended for cybersecurity professionals who need to perform essential Linux administration tasks including installation, configuring networking connectivity, managing physical storage, automation/programmability, and performing security administration tasks.
