In this course, students will familiarize themselves with the cybersecurity framework to critically analyze security awareness issues and to evaluate best practices in implementing security systems within the enterprise.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, the student will be able:
- Explore several major IT security threats as well as some of the legal, social, and ethical issues associated with information systems
- Describe how application software can support personal, workgroup, and enterprise business objectives
- Identify the many benefits and challenges associated with the continued growth of e-commerce and m-commerce
- Describe why project management is considered to be a core competency for many organizations
