Course Description

Because of recent surges in distributed denial of services (DDOS) attacks, social media engineering attacks, ransomware, etc., those in the field of Cybersecurity must up their game and prove their skills to support their organizations. Prepare for the most recent Security+ Exam, SYO-601. This exam includes new trends and technologies adopted in the industry and not reflected in the previous exam.

Hone your core technical skills in assessing and managing risk, incident response, forensics, enterprise networks, security controls, and cloud operations. Strengthen your skills to analyze the security posture of an organization and establish necessary security measures. Grow your ability to monitor and protect hybrid environments such as cloud, mobile, and IoT (internet of things). Confirm and apply your knowledge of applicable laws, policies about governance, compliance, and risks. Improve response time to events and incidents related to cybersecurity.
