Learners can explore the Windows Update service, which in addition to service packs and patches, also provides common driver updates for hardware devices running Windows. Key concepts covered in this 14-video course include different types of Windows updates; how to enable automatic updates in Windows 10 and how to check for updates manually in Windows 10; and how to optimize Windows 10 update delivery with express updates. Then learn to deploy updates by using Windows Update for Business; how to manage updates using Group Policy in Windows 10; and learn traditional Windows servicing and how it relates to updates. Next, learn Windows 10 servicing channels; perform update validation and verification in Windows 10; troubleshoot common update issues in Windows 10; and learn common update log files in Windows 10. Learners examine additional Windows Update settings. In the concluding exercise, practice checking, validating, and uninstalling updates; examine Windows Update for Business and servicing channels; and update log files.
