Course Description

In this course, you'll explore vCenter Server tasks, events, and appliance health metrics. You'll learn how to use both the vSphere Client and the vCenter Management Interface to view the various tasks, events, and health metrics that you have access to. Next, you'll review the basic concepts associated with using High Availability to protect a vCenter Server Appliance. You'll learn where to go to set up vCenter Server Appliance High Availability using the vSphere Client. Finally, you'll learn the importance of migration and upgrade plans to your organization and the different options that you have when pursuing a migration or upgrade to vSphere 7. This course is one in a series that helps prepare learners for the VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2021 (VCP-DCV 2021) exam.
