Course Description

Explore the Daily Scrum, including guidelines and best practices, the role of the Scrum Master, and how to avoid common mistakes, in this 12-video course. Discover commonly used artifacts and tools and examine ways in which larger and distributed teams may perform the Daily Scrum. Key concepts covered in this course include the framework for Scrum Product Delivery; the purpose of the Daily Scrum within the Scrum framework; and examining participants in the Daily Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master in the Daily Scrum event. You will learn about the activities that are necessary to prepare for the Daily Scrum; learn the best practices for conducting the Daily Scrum; and learn about the tools and artifacts that are used and updated during the Daily Scrum. Finally, learn the common mistakes that Scrum development teams can make; learn ways that large or distributed teams can modify the Daily Scrum; and learn how the Jira Scrum board can be used by the development team.
