Course Description

As scrum master, you don't just have a responsibility to the work and processes in developing a product, you also have a key responsibility to the Scrum team.

In this course, you will learn about servant leadership and how it provides value in Scrum product development initiatives. You will also learn about challenges the team may encounter, or even create, so you can mitigate them. These challenges might include common anti-patterns that you need to consider, common Scrum violations, and technical debt. Finally, you will learn about team dynamics, attributes of effective Scrum teams, and effective team formation.

Upon completion, you'll be able to recognize key characteristics and best practices for serving the Scrum team as a scrum master.
