Course Description

As a Scrum Product Owner, one of your most important responsibilities is ensuring the product in development fulfills your customer needs and expectations. It is impossible to do that without understanding your customer, communicating effectively with them throughout the entire development life cycle, and playing the role of translator between the customer and the Scrum team.

Finally, you'll learn best practices for facilitative listening, effective engagement techniques, ways to prioritize and work through conflicting customer needs, and techniques for ultimately facilitating decisions as a product owner with your customers and stakeholders.
