In order to gauge success in a cloud deployment, administrators must be able to accurately monitor their environment. During this course, you will explore processes used to monitor and manage cloud environments. See how to monitor cloud environments, and use alerts and events to monitor cloud resources. Identify how to allocate cloud resources, trigger resource provision, and ensure that cloud resources meet baseline requirements. Learn how to adjust cloud resource allocation, and report metrics to meet service level agreement requirements. Finally, as an exercise, you will compare scaling in/out with scaling up/down, and recall how to configure a Microsoft Azure virtual machine alert.
