Course Description

Microsoft 365 offers numerous utilities to identify and deliver electronic information, known as eDiscovery. In this 20-video course, learners explore such tools and information-gathering techniques to use when compiling evidence in legal cases, while preparing for the MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security exam. Key concepts covered here include differentiating between eDiscovery and Advanced eDiscovery; discovering common workflow for managing and using eDiscovery cases; and placing content locations on eDiscovery hold. Next, learn to create and run a content search associated with eDiscovery cases; export results of content searches from an eDiscovery case; prepare search results for Advanced eDiscovery; and understand document similarity in Advanced eDiscovery. View results of the analyze process in Advanced eDiscovery; learn about the relevance module in Advanced eDiscovery; use express analysis in Advanced eDiscovery; and learn to run reports and export case data in Advanced eDiscovery. In an eDiscovery case, learn how to assign members and configure an eDiscovery hold; perform a content search and export content search results; search for and delete e-mail messages; and create a litigation hold.
