Course Description

Microsoft Cloud App Security (CAS) helps improve visibility of cloud apps while increasing protection of cloud data. Explore CAS implementation, Cloud Discovery, and CAS policies in this course, used to prepare for the MS-101: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security certification exam. Key concepts covered in this course include CAS features and integrated components; components of CAS architecture and framework; and data security and compliance concerns when working with CAS. Next, learn how to set up the Microsoft Cloud App Security portal and Cloud Discovery; how to create a Cloud Discovery snapshot report; and how to configure an automatic log upload for continuous reports. Then learners see how to connect apps by using CAS; add custom apps to Cloud Discovery; and use investigation tools that are available in CAS. Learn to generate data management reports to determine the state of your data; manage and respond to alerts; and configure an app discovery policy and anomaly detection. Finally, learn to configure CAS including using snapshot reports, connecting apps, adding custom apps, and creating discovery policies.
