Course Description

Explore subscriptions and tenant roles, upgrading existing subscriptions, and monitoring license allocations in Microsoft 365 in this course, used to prepare for the MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification exam. Begin this 12-video course by learning how to set up your Microsoft 365 implementation, starting with an overview of subscriptions and tenancy in Microsoft 365. Then examine how to begin by evaluating Microsoft 365 services. Learn how to add new services or upgrade your subscriptions and how to assign roles using the admin center. Next, an overview of Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. Take a look at the billing section of the admin center and how to manage payments there. Learn how to assign licenses to users in the admin center and then how to monitor assigned licenses. This leads into learning how to manage the apps and services that go along with a license, and also how to unassign or remove a license. Conclude with an exercise on managing subscriptions using the admin center.
