Course Description

Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma are business process improvement methodologies which, when used together, are a powerful strategy for transforming business. Identifying probable causes for process problems early in a project allows the Six Sigma team to make decisions about process control and process design that lead to greater overall process improvements.

This course explores the tools that are used by Six Sigma teams as they plan and manage projects. This course is aligned with ASQ's 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.
