Course Description

Lean principles that originated in manufacturing and Agile software development methods are often closely intertwined when applied to new product development and management, and for launching and building new companies in the digital business age.

In this course, you'll discover how Lean and Agile methods are applied to new product management. you'll learn how Lean is applied to product development, explore the Lean management mindset, and learn how Lean product managers drive strategy based on customer needs and data. you'll also explore ways to better understand customers and their needs as well as how to design a minimum viable product and test prototypes.
