Course Description

In this course, you'll learn about the importance of Role-based Access Control and Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting across the various Cisco DC solutions. You'll examine the different first hop security mechanisms that you can use in the data center today, as well as the different categories of data center devices and the importance of port security on the MDS devices. Next, you'll learn how the Control Plane is a relatively easy target for Denial of Service attacks. Finally, you'll explore Control Plane Policing concepts relating to the data center on Nexus equipment. This course is one in a collection that helps prepare learners for the 350-601 Implementing Cisco Data Center Core Technologies (DCCOR) certification exam.
