Course Description

Hardening refers to attack surface reduction in IT environments and can be applied to any type of device or software environment, including storage area networks (SANs). Firmware and software patches should be applied to ensure that potential security flaws in code have been addressed. In this course, I will begin by covering hardening techniques for a variety of IT environments, followed by using Microsoft Group Policy to configure security settings for Active Directory domain-joined computers.
