Course Description

Preparation for the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect-Associate (SAA-C02) certification exam continues with this 9-video course on analyzing large amounts of data, automating resource deployment, and database caching. Participants will
begin with an overview of the Amazon Kinesis service for adjusting and analyzing streaming data, and learn how clusters in Redshift, a large-scale data warehouse solution known for its high performance can store and analyze large amounts of data. Next, you will learn how CloudFormation uses templates for automating resource deployment. Then watch as AWS resources are deployed with a CloudFormation template. You will explore the uses of Elastic Beanstalk stacks and cloud deployment, as well as Elastic Transcoder for converting media formats. The course concludes with an analysis of performance benefits of database caching by using both ElastiCache Memcached, and ElastiCache Redis. After completing this course, your next course will review core AWS concepts, including pulling and managing, cloud storage, and EC2 deployment and management.
