Course Description

This 14-video course explores containerized testing and the benefits of using Docker for testing. Learners will examine the advantages and disadvantages of using Docker to set up architectures for automated testing. Learn how to configure and integrate GitHub repositories with Docker; test automated builds on Docker Hub by executing tests when code is pushed or committed to GitHub, and configure continuous integration testing environments with Docker and Docker Compose. Delve into Dockerization tests and test environments and learn how to integrate them with test reporting tools. Examine test container features and the prerequisites for setting up test containers, and test container patterns, the patterns used for running tests inside Docker containers. Learn how to use Docker test containers in Java tests; implement containerized testing with Docker; and deploy Selenium Grid by running Selenium Hub and separate nodes for Chrome or Firefox.
