Students examine the management of enterprise architecture (EA) as a continuous organizational program. They analyze critical EA program management success factors such as obtaining and maintaining organizational leadership commitment, building effective EA program management teams, and selecting an appropriate EA methodology.

- Students develop actionable EA program plans for: management, governance, and strategic communication; and develop requirements for select EA-support tool(s).
