The Certified Hardware Technician Course kick starts an individual's career in the IT field by providing foundational knowledge needed to install, configure, and support computer hardware systems which includes assembling components based on customer requirements; installing, configuring and maintaining devices, PCs, and servers. CHT also provides and understanding of fundamentals in networking and security/forensics; properly and safely diagnosing, resolving, and documenting common issues; as well as applying troubleshooting skills.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion, the Certified Hardware Technician and Certified Operating Systems Technician candidate will be able to competently take the C)OST exams.
