The Cisco Certified Network Associate course gives students the skills and knowledge that they need to manage an entire network environment. Each course participant will learn how to properly install and operate a small to medium-size network systems in small and medium size business environment. Students will be able to troubleshoot network problems and configure all of the parts of a network including switches and routers. These courses will also focus on implementing WAN connections and maintaining network security. The course includes hands-on labs and chapter exercises
