Course Description

This course exposes students to essential concepts of networking security and IT risk management.

Learning Objectives

  • Topics include design, protocols, and administrative principles of secure networks, identification and elimination of threats and vulnerabilities
  • Students will gain hands-on training exploring security operations centers, compliance and operational security, access control and identity management, application, data and host security, cryptography, and current and evolving issues in network security.
