This course will provide students with general network security concepts and implementation. Students will learn about general security concepts involved in maintaining a secure computer-networking environment. Additionally, students will be introduced to a variety of security methodologies as well as technologies and concepts used for implementing a secure network environment. Upon successful completion, students will be able to apply general security concepts involved in maintaining a secure computer-networking environment.

Investigate cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Investigate cybersecurity implementations in a variety of environments. Examine security operations and incident response.
