This course will cover common tools used during the footprinting and reconnaissance phase of the ethical hacking testing methodology.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Understand the concepts behind footprinting and why we use it as part of the penetration testing methodology.
- Understand common tools in use and why they are used.
- Understand ways to gain information on a target using search engines.
