Course Description
Team dynamics, like many other areas of role and career development, is important in an industry plagued with misconceptions and global pressure. Taking on a leadership role in cybersecurity comes with a different set of responsibilities.

Learning Objectives

Taking on a leadership role in cybersecurity comes with a different set of responsibilities. Apart from technical expertise, CISOs must facilitate balance and encourage a culture of productivity and accountability. Their jobs are about people, and managing people requires a solid approach to team dynamics. These are the seven rules of team dynamics that leaders in the space should apply to cybersecurity: Mission, Rewards, Nurture Interdependencies, Goals, Feedback, Open Discussion, and Continuous Learning.
