Course Description
Learn from Ed Amoroso and guest Chris Kubecka as they uncover the uncomfortable topic of conflict management, and reveal real-world examples and experiences that leaders can use in current situations.

Learning Objectives

Conflict resolution is a touchy subject, yet conflict is the very essence of cybersecurity. As cyberattacks have the potential to bring down companies of any size and even entire governments, cybersecurity leaders must develop conflict resolution skills to help drive progress and better protect the companies and people they work with. Using the two main aspects of resolution - assertiveness, and cooperativeness - these dimensions can be broken down into five core methods of dealing with conflict: avoidance, competition, accommodation, collaboration, and compromise.
