Course Description

This course is designed to introduces students to the foundational concepts behind the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-218 and related secure software development life cycle (SDLC)-related topics.

Learning Objectives

Developing secure products has never been more important (and risky). This 2-day course introduces the student to the critical practices that support a secure software development framework and the relationship to secure by design.
