Course Description

This course is designed to introduces students to the foundational concepts behind the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-37.

Learning Objectives

Students attending this 2-day course will learn purpose and outcomes of the 7-step process for risk management referred to as the risk management framework (RMF). Each step is broken down so the students understands the associated detail of each step.
