Course Description

The 4-day course provides an in-depth review Navy Validator & ISSE Risk Management Framework (RMF) course was specifically customized for the Department of Navy RMF implementation. The comprehensive course provides an in-depth review of the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publications (SP) and Department of Navy (DoN) RMF Process Guide (RPG). The course is uniquely differentiated from other competitors because it is customized to incorporate Department of Navy (DON) specific templates, requirements, procedures, and guidelines. Such an approach has proven to be successful and places great emphasis on knowledge, skill and experience building that helps mitigate and/or resolves common deficiencies and gaps that frequently present uncertainty in the Navy’s cybersecurity posture while concurrently meeting statutory and policy requirements.  The course includes a detailed review of the DoN RPG and also offers complimentary student resource materials that include 150+ artifacts to include videos, countless policies, study aides, Navy templates, guidelines, procedures, and instructions.
