In this interactive 5-day PRINCE2 training course, you'll learn key principles, methods, and processes for project management as laid out in the internationally recognized PRINCE2 methodology. You'll be prepared to pass the PRINCE2 Foundation (Day 3) and Practitioner (Day 5) exams through hands-on activities and group work designed to enhance concept retention and enable practical application.
