Advanced Certified ScrumMaster

If you're already a Certified ScrumMaster, this hands-on class will teach you advanced applications of Agile and Scrum so you can demonstrate even greater value to your employer. You'll learn how to facilitate better dialogue with stakeholders, respond to challenges confidently, increase engagement, and enhance your implementation skills. A-CSM features two 2-hour sessions across consecutive weeks (a total of 4 hours in class) as well as self-paced eLearning videos, activities, and reading.
