CISA’s Cybersecurity Workforce Development and Training for Underserved Communities is a non-traditional training program that addresses the cyber workforce shortage through outreach and hands-on training for potential cyber staff. The program uses cooperative agreements with community-based, non-profit organizations to help individuals develop cyber skills through entry-level training and apprenticeships.
