The skills that you will learn by studying for the WVTS will help you to become the resident expert in dealing with potential workplace violence situations, threats in the workplace and school system, active shooter situations and more. You will learn everything from Threat Assessment, Prevention, Implementation, Investigation, Prosecution, Root Cause Analysis, and Response.

Eligibility Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher plus one year of experience in workplace violence, active shooter scenarios, fraud investigations or prevention, workplace investigations, criminal investigations, law enforcement, forensics, criminal justice, law, human resources, and/or loss prevention or other similar field -OR- Associates degree plus two years of experience -OR- High school diploma or equivalency plus four years of experience -OR-A minimum two years' experience as a full-time faculty member at an accredited educational institution.
