The Education Discovery Forum (EDF) offers a dynamic professional development experience for 6th - 12th grade teachers interested in implementing innovative, multi-disciplinary curricula. Participating teachers will be immersed in the CIC's project-driven curriculum, engage with subject matter experts, and experience new ways to engage today's students. The EDF creates a collaborative environment to foster relationships between K-12 teachers, university faculty, and industry professionals.

The EDF will showcase High School (Cyber Literacy, Cyber Science, Cyber Society, Advanced Math for Engineering and Science, and Physics) and Middle School (STEM Explore, Discover, Apply) curricula. Participants may register for one of the course content threads at 2016 EDF. Through the forum, teachers will take a “deep dive” into the content thus providing them with a greater understanding of the curriculum design, projects, and opportunities for implementation. This approach provides continuity and ensures teachers are prepared to successfully incorporate and implement the course content in their classroom.
